Abstract

A crossbred filly from Kiso horse (stallion) and Arab (mare) was encountered. Its physical characteristics were studied. The female juvenile born by crossbreeding showed physical characteristics of its Arab dam and had larger withers height, rump height and rump depth but smaller chest breadth and depth, compared to the mean measurements of Kiso horses.
