説明

The purpose of this report is to describe the local climatic property of the Nobeyama Highland, east slope of Mt. Yatsuga-take in Central Japan. The authors analyzed the distribution of air temperature recently observed at three stations on the Nobeyama Highland (Fig.1). One of them is the AMeDAS 48571 station (Nobeyama 1, 350m) which is located at the bottom of the basin and others are provided in the Uminokuchi Shizen-goh which is located at the slope of Mt. Yatsuga-take. In the Uminokuchi Shizen-goh, the meteorological observation was performed on st. a (1,765m) in 1981 winter and instead of st. a the observation has been continued on st. b (1,563m), since April in 1982. The results are shown as follows; The temperature lapse-rate in witer, observed between st. b (1,563m) and Nobeyama (1,350m) is 7.5℃/km, while between st. a (1,765m) and Nobeyama, the temperature lapse-rate is 4.7℃/km (Fig.4). In January and February, the number of days which daily minimum temperature on st. a or st. b have recorded higher value than on the Nobeyama station are 32 days at st. a, and are 24 days at st. b (Tab. 2). About the daily minimum temperature on slope, in January and February, the mean difference of temperature compared with Nobeyama is 0.2℃ high on st. a and 0.5℃ low on st. b. Thus the daily minimum temperature in winter on st. a (1,765m) is meanly higher than on Nobeyama (1,350m). It is considered that the inversion layer of air temperature exists on the broad slope of this area.
