本稿では, 傾注研究に関する最近の動向を, 傾注がもたらす組織・企業行動に対する結果と, 傾注を規定する要因という2つの観点から議論する。その上で, 傾注研究が今後取り組むべき課題について指摘を行う。 This study reviews recent development of the literature on the attention-based view of the firm by focusing on how managers' attention allocations shape organizational behavior and what shapes the patterns of managers' attention allocations. Based on the reviews, this study suggests some directions for future research.
