Abstract

It is said that the Gold Seal was discovered by farmer Jinbei on the Shikanoshima island in 1784. It was dug out from among the soil. The Shikanoshima island is famous as place where the Gold Seal was discovered. The Gold Seal is specified for the national treasure now, and has been displayed in the Fukuoka City Museum in Fukuoka. However, credibility is doubted as for it for the thing with few wounds and other reasons. Therefore, the truth of the Gold Seal is considered this time.
