抄録

筆者は、話し相手ボランティアの行動原理、組織原理、社会原理の解明というテーマに沿って研究を続けている。そのテーマに沿って、本稿では、まず、日米の話し相手ボランティアの活動実態と支援体制の現状を比較分析することによって、わが国の活動支援の課題を明確にする。そして、ハンナ・アレントの「活動」理論に基づき、聴くことの難しさの背後にあるものを考察する。そのうえで、活動支援の一環であると位置付けたトレーニング・プログラムの具体的な内容を示すことを目的とした。その結果、トレーニング・プログラムには、人間の基本的条件としての「多数性」、および「対話」の状態を具体的に想像することができる内容が求められる。さらに、プログラムには「変化することを恐れない、しかも自ら変えるのではなく変わることを得っこと」を想像することができる内容も含まれなければならない。それらを実現した内容は、「路上の2人」および「人間の彫刻」の演習である。

I think that the subject of the activity support for the listening volunteer of our country becomes clear by making the comparative analysis of the Japan-U.S. present condition. And I analyze the difficulty of listening it based on "action" theory of Hannah Arendt. It shows the state of "training program" and raises the concrete contents of a program. This showed that the "plurality" which is man's fundamental conditions, and the contents which can imagine the state of a "dialog" concretely had to be programmed in the training program. Moreover, the contents which can imagine that it is not afraid of changing, and the contents which can imagine waiting to change are also included in a program. The contents which materialized them are the exercise of "two persons on the street", and the exercise of "human sculpture."
