Abstract

The researchers aim to clarify the current situation and problems of early termination of young people in hotels in Nago city and to present solutions for the problems. Therefore, an interview survey with personnel officials in hotels in Nago City was conducted. As a result, it became clear that the early turnover rate of Nago city as a whole was 26.8%. Compared with the early turnover rate of high school graduates in Okinawa Prefecture 57.2% and the early turnover rate of college graduates 43.7%, it also became clear that the early turnover rate of hotels in Nago city is not high. However, the actual situation left room for improvement. In addition, researchers also found that the shortage of human resources closely related to early termination is a serious situation.
