Although by the Xian incident Jiang Jie Shi succeeeded to push the rival South-West military back, he at the same time had to demolish the North-East military power group. After the North-East military corrupted away , Jiang Jie Shi, in order to prevent Japan's conquest from Manchuria north, now must treat the North-West military well instead. The rise of the North- West military power, i.e. Song Zhe Yuan, as the new strong military power thus, occurred Song having the stable position in north -west China supported by Chinese nationalism, by and by came to reject Yen monetary market in his territory. But on the other hand, neighboring Inner Mongolia was more eager to join the Yen market in stead.
