抄録

ネコに与えた有棘顎口虫第3期幼虫は肝臓,横隔膜,躯幹筋に移行,幼弱成虫の形まで発育すると腹腔にもどり,漿膜面から胃に侵入し成熟した成虫となる.胃を全剔すると幼弱成虫の形で腹腔や胸腔内を移動し一部は食道壁や小腸壁に侵入するが完全な成熟はみられない.時には腸間膜血管を破壊して大出血の原因となり,又肺臓,心嚢に侵入するが全経過を通じて皮下組織へは移行しなかった.胃を消化管からはずして曠置すると虫体の侵入がみられる.
