Description

(1)Dithiazanine iodideは,犬糸状虫仔虫に対しては卓効がみられ,75.0mg./kg.頓用で4日目に仔虫が消失,20.0mg./kg.7日,10.0mg./kg.5日投与では著しい仔虫の減少を来した.然し投与量の少いものでは投薬中止後,再び増加の傾向がみられる.(2)心内の犬糸状虫成虫にはdithiazanineの殺虫効果は認められない.(3)バンクロフト糸状虫仔虫保有者8例についてdithi-azanine日量10.0mg./kg,20.0mg./kg.総量140.0mg./kg.180.0mg./kg.を与えたが,いずれの群にも仔虫に対する効果は殆んど認められない.
