Abstract
Marx could not develop the theory of corporation in his Capital because of its immaturity at that time. But the definition of reification of production relations in that book gives us the way to understand corporation as complex of reification of three production relations and its understanding leads to elucidate the importance of corporate governance in finance-led growth regime today. Corporation as the complex of reification of production relations is the key concept of this paper.
