説明

When an educational system is formed, it not only reflects the administrative principles of its time and place but also the economic conditions and the social structure prevalent in the community it is being designed to serve.　Since the Meiji era, the local communities in their recently enlarged configuration serve as the industrial and employment bases that are the foundation of our national way of life. Businesseducation oriented schools have also changed their forms and continue to be, both spatially and practically, the sources of the human resources that support the local communities.
