説明

This paper examines the types of teacher collegiality that were nurtured when teachers interacted during collaboration to organize a new teacher training course. The research validated functions that support effective implementation of educational activities and capacity building. The sharing of "memory" between teachers was found to contribute to both. However, given the lack of data to verify functions that support healing, the types of data and collection methods used to understand teacher collegiality must be reexamined.
