キャリア教育の指導者の養成を目的とした教員養成学部における「キャリア教育」授業の試みを考察した。キャリア教育の指導者を養成するには,キャリア教育に関する基礎的な知識の取得のほかに,先進的な実践事例の紹介や学生自身の職業観の育成が必要であるという立場から,多様な企業で働く人々を招いた授業を行い,考察を行った。

In this paper, we studied an attempt of“career education"in a faculty of teacher training aimed for the training of leaders of career education. We invited working people from various companies, in order to get fundamental knowledge about career education, and to learn to various careers.
