Mn-Bi_xTe_y ternary thin films were produced by sequential evaporation, followed by an anneal at 350℃. The composition dependence of the Kerr rotaion angle, reflectivity, and the Hall effect were measured. The Kerr rotation angle at Te _<0.4> changed from positive to negative. In order to investigate of this origin, X-ray difraction and magnetization were measured.
