This second paper consists of two sections. In the first one we discuss on the two pillars which supported Yugoslav Federation and guaranteed "brother-hood and unity" of many Yugoslav nations and ethnic groups there. The first pillar was th ideal and vision of worker's selfmanagement socialism believed a'priori to be higher than and superior to both Western market capitalism and Eeastern socialism of centrally planned economy. The second pillor was the socalled nonallignment-nonalliance diplomacy which could supply various domestic nations historycally related with West, East and South civilizations with equal chances to take active roles internationally with satisfaction. The failure of socialist experiments directly destroied the first pillar and the collapse of Eastern block made the second pillar worthless. Thus the "brotherhoad and unity" of many Yugoslav nations lost its own guarantors and fell swiftly into pieces. The end of socialism led directly to the reappearance of various ethnonationalisms. In the second section we describe chronologically typical nationalistic events and incidents in the period of selfmanagement sacialism. Especially our attention is focused upon Croatian nationalist movements at the end of 1960s and at the beginning of 1970s. Our another attention is turned to Slovenian tactis, namely, how did Slovenia manage to utilize the high temperature of Serbian and Kosovo-Albanian ethnonationalisms in order to win Slovenian strategical aim, that is to say, the destruction of Yugoslavia and the independence of Slovenia. Because many of ordinal considerations on the theme of civil wars in Former Yugoslavia in the last decade of the 20th century begin with the appearance of Slobodan Milosevic on Serbian poitical arena in 1987, and neglect unnaturally the simultaneous decisive roles played by Slovenian nationalism and the preceding Croatian radical nationalist movements. Each nation's nationalism lived in the era of socialism, but wasn't capable
