Abstract

[概要]本論は，介護人材の定着のために，日頃の介護業務で抱くワーク・モチベーションにつながる要因が何かを検討することを目的とする。この目的を達成するために，介護施設で働く介護者のモチベーションについて大阪枚方市の介護施設で働く介護職員のアンケート調査とヒアリング調査をもとに，考察する。 [Abstract] This purpose of this paper is to consider what is which relates to work motivation in order to make retention of care staff in daily. In order to do that, to consider what is the factor relates to work motivation based on the questionnaire and hearing survey for care staff who works facilities in Hirakata-city, Osaka, Japan.
