抄録

isedとはInterdisciplinary Studies on Ethics and Design of Information Societyの略称。この本は倫理篇と設計篇に分かれており帯に以下のように紹介されている。倫理編は「新時代の情報社会の倫理とアーキテクトは、いつか必ずや現実の情報空間のただなかから立ち上がるだろう｡｣、設計編は「情報社会は夢の苗床である。多くのひとが情報社会に夢を託す。isedはそんな人々の様々な夢が、衝突しすれ違った文学的な場でもあった｡」2004年から約２年間、国際大学グローバル・コミュニケーション・センターで開催された研究会「情報社会の倫理と設計についての学際的研究」の議事録。２冊合わせて1000ページに近い大著を研究会開催の順番通りに倫理篇と設計篇の２冊を交互にライブ中継風に読み解く。@@@'ised' stands for Interdisciplinary Studies on Ethics and Design of Information Society. This book is consisted of two parts, Ethics and Design. The advertisement of this book introduces as follows. Ethics part shows "Ethics and Design of information society of coming new age will someday rise up from real information space." Design part says "Information society is bed of dreams. Many people place hope in this field. ised is the place where their dreams clashed over and hence we regard it as literary place." This book is a record of seminar of 'Interdisciplinary Studies on Ethics and Design of Information Society'. held at Global Communication Center of United Nations University since 2004 for two years. Author gives detailed commentary on the record which has almost 1,000 pages. It gives us alive meeting of the seminar.
