メンタルヘルスをもつ当事者運営によるSNS 上のピアサポートの可能性 : インタビューから見えてきた現状と課題に関する質的研究

本研究の目的は，SNS 上の当事者運営によるピアサポートの現状と課題について質的に調査することである．当事者運営のピアサポートをSNS 上で提供しているメンタルヘルスの当事者2 名に半構造化面接を実施し，質的内容分析により帰納的に分析した．また，生成されたカテゴリのテーマ化の際に，PRECEDE-PROCEED モデルの概念を使用し，企画，実施運営，評価という一連の流れを質的に分析した．その結果，当事者運営によるピアサポートの持続可能性に影響を与える３つのサブカテゴリ（〈実現を阻む気苦労〉，〈個人に依拠しすぎない管理運営方式〉，〈コミュニティの組織化〉）が抽出された．今後は，当事者パートナーシップサービスの形態で当事者と専門職による価値に基づく新たなサービスの共同創造や持続可能な共同管理運営システムの構築が期待される．さらに，当事者や専門職によるCo-productionの視点を活かしたSNS上のピアサポートモデルの開発が期待される．

This study aimed to qualitatively investigate the perceptions and experiences related to peerprovided services. Semi-structured interviews were conducted of two people with mental health problems who provide peer support on Social Network Services (SNSs) and the interview data were inductively analyzed by qualitative content analysis. In addition, the generated categories were applied to the PRECEDE-PROCEED model, which helps in the planning, management, implementation, and evaluation of the project, to comprehensively assess the categories. Based on the assessment, three subcategories were extracted as the factors influencing sustainable administration: difficulties that prevent its realization, administration methods that do not rely highly on individuals, and community organization. In the future, the introduction of peer partnership is expected to enable peer workers and professions to co-produce services based on the value of each individual and co-manage the SNS community. In addition, it is also expected that a new peer support model on SNS will be developed through co-production by peer workers and professions.
