ビジネスオンラインミーティングの利用者は，働き手のニーズ多様化や政府主導の「働き方改革」の後押しにより増加し，2020 年の COVID-19 の影響によってもさらに増加している．反面，サービスの脆弱性や利用者の不十分な IT リテラシーをついた攻撃やトラブルも指摘されている．本論文ではまず，ビジネスオンラインミ―ティングに対する意識調査として，35 項目の選択式設問と 5 項目の自由回答式設問からなる質問紙を作成し，社会人 726 名を対象に Web アンケート調査を行った．分析の結果，利用頻度は週 5 時間未満が約半数，5~20 時間未満が約半数であることや，利用場所は自宅や自社専用スペースが大半であるなどの知見を得た．また，利用時の所感については，心理的疲労が存在することや，セキュリティ対策が十分だと言い切れないこと，サイバー利用や物理的な環境からの情報漏洩の懸念が大きいことなどの知見を得た．これらの知見を基に，あるべきビジネスオンラインミーティングの姿として，企業における利用ガイドライン策定や利用者の IT リテラシー向上及び維持などを提言し，誰もが安心して利用できる環境実現への有効性の検討結果を報告する．

The number of users of business online meetings is increasing due to the diversification of worker needs and the support of government-led "work style reform", and is further increasing due to the impact of COVID-19 in 2020. On the other hand, attacks and troubles with service vulnerabilities and insufficient IT literacy of users have also been pointed out. In this paper, as an awareness survey on business online meeting, we created a questionnaire consisting of 35 multiple-choice questions and five free-answer questions, and conducted a Web questionnaire survey of 726 working adults. Based on the knowledge obtained from the analysis of the survey results, we propose the formulation of usage guidelines in companies and the improvement and maintenance of IT literacy of users as the ideal form of business online meetings, and examine the effectiveness of realizing an environment that anyone can use with peace of mind.
