- 地方都市の観光コンテンツ発掘・生成と配信に関する研究

2008年10月,観光産業の強化を目的に観光庁が設置された.国内観光消費額の90%は日本人旅行者によるため,これまでの外国人旅行者の誘致促進に加えて,旅行者の国内外を問わない観光産業の育成が本格化してきている.これを機会として,地方都市の観光振興が,観光産業の強化のみならず地域活性化のためにも一層重要になる.しかし,地方都市の観光産業には,その観光魅力を効果的に発信できていない問題がある.本研究は観光魅力をデータベース設計技法(実体-関連モデルとオブジェクト指向モデル)を応用して生成する手法と携帯電話を用いて観光魅力を効果的に旅行者へ紹介する手法を提案する.
In October, 2008, the Japan Tourism Agency was established to promote tourism and increase the number of foreign travelers to Japan. However, 90% of domestic sightseeing depends on Japanese travelers. For this reason, it is important to promote tourism which does not simply target foreigner travelers. Instead, sightseeing promotion in local cities should not only strengthen tourism but also contribute to local economic revitalization. The challenge with this latter approach is to successfully gather and present information to potential visitors coming to these communities. The following research outlines methods for effectively gathering and presenting sightseeing resources employing an entity-relationship database model combined with an object oriented design and delivered over cellular phones.
