組織の知識の蓄積・継承を行うにあたって、組織を取り巻く環境や組織自体が変化し過去の有用な情報が埋もれてしまっているためにうまく実現できないという課題がある。この課題に対して、スケジュール情報を活用して知識の蓄積と継承を実現するアプローチとして、スケジューラとストレージを連携する方式を提案する。また実現にあたっての ４ つのポイントについて述べる。

There is a problem that a lot of useful knowledge had not been found by the cause of a changing environment of the team though knowledge had been shared between the working team. To solve such problem, the new "information accumulating and inheriting" method which was composed by the schedule server and storage server is proposed. And, the four discussion points for achieving our concept are introduced.
