ノミナルグループ手法の議論構造化特性を活用した意思決定プロセスの振り返り支援手法の提案

集団での意思決定プロセスを記録するために議事録を作成する．しかし議事録の作成には発言の書き起こしや冗長な記録を読み返すといった負担が生じる．本研究では記録者に負担をかけず，閲覧者の要求に合わせた議事録提示を行うために，意思決定手法のひとつであるノミナルグループ手法（NGT）を用いて，その議論構造化特性を活用した振り返り支援手法を提案する．提案手法を計算機上に実装するための初期的検討として，通常のNGTを実施してそのプロセスを記録し，一般的な議事録による振り返りと，提案手法に基づく振り返りを行った結果を比較した．その結果，提案手法に基づく振り返りによって，より短時間に精度の高い振り返りを行えることが明らかになった． : We take a minute to record a decision-making process in a group. However, there are various burdens intaking the minutes such as transcribing conversations and reviewing redundant records again. We propose a novel supporting method for reviewing the decision-making process by exploiting a structural feature of discussions inherent in the Nominal Group Technique (NGT), which is one of the decision-making techniques. As an elemental study toward implementing the proposed method on a computer, we conducted user studies forcomparing the proposed reviewing method with a usual reviewing method using records of a normal NGT session. As a result, we confirmed that the proposed method allows people to review the records more quickly and accurately.
