説文小篆字形差確認のためのツール試作と復古編の上正下譌の調査

ISO/IEC 10646 にCJK 統合漢字とは別の文字体系として『説文解字』小篆を追加するための作業(投票案に組み込むための原案作成)が議論されている．その小篆グリフのデザインについて散発的に変更が加えられている．その中にはデザイン統一性を図る(底本からは離れる)変更と，底本に近づける変更が混在しており，一貫性が無い．しかしながら，小篆のデザイン統一性をどのように評価すべきなのか，検査すべき図形部品やその違いの大小に関する規準が無いため，検査作業量の見積もりが困難である．そこで，北宋の張有による『復古編』が含む，字様書的附録の一つ「上正下譌」の正誤規準を用いることを考え，これを検査するために小篆字形を図形部品によって検索するツールを試作した．

The Small Seal character in Shuowen Jiezi (SW) has been discussed to append to ISO/IEC 10646, as a separated writing system rather than CJK Unified Ideograph. In the font development, some changes are for the glyph design consistency against the glyphs in the source material, and others are the reversions of the correction given in the modern reprint of SW. There is a concern that the resulted font would be another new glyph collection that differs from the source material but still include the inconsistency. To evaluate the glyph design consistency, a JavaScript based tool is prototyped to collect the Seal glyphs by their components.
