説明

The current research on the collaboration between humans and AI is still stuck in the division of labor, ignoring the value of humans themselves. Therefore, this study puts forward three viewpoints. First, the essence of collaboration between humans and AI is not just the division of labor between humans and AI. Human beings need to play their own value and find the meaning of work in an environment suitable for work. To achieve this goal, Supporting Nurturing Leadership is playing an active role. Second, on the side of support, leaders need to take the two actions of offering to members, and showing appreciation, to create a labor environment suitable for them to work. Third, on the side of nurturing, leaders need to promote their ability to act quickly, as well as develop their rich creative power. Through these two actions, they can be motivated to bring out their values as human beings themselves. At the same time, leaders need to take the two actions of building careers for their members and helping them realize their vision so that they can find meaning in their work.
