This report integrates our research findings which, we hope, should be regarded as an upgraded approach to the so-called faculty development. More than three times the regular class hours have been spent by six teachers on the preparation, organization and management of this combined seminar class. The aims of this class are, as the syllabus says, 1. to improve the reading and writing ability of the students 2. to improve the presentation skills of the students 3. to have the students take more interests in business administration. And now, after one year's time, we are pleased to make an announcement with pride that our students have made great progress in the above-mentioned abilities and skills, which helped us to make a unique and outstanding contribution to the "faculty development."'
