本稿は、スクリプトを利用し Google ドライブを活用したシンプルな運用を行える学修ポートフォリオの構築作業の実践例である。手作業で構築作業を行うと数日～数週間の時間を要する、ポートフォリオフォルダの作成、学生とアドバイザーの共有設定、学修目標シートの配置、運用に使用するアドバイザー担当リストの作成を自動化した。　組織内でオリジナルスクリプトを作成し作業を自動化したことにより、テストを含めた構築作業は約 1 時間で完了し、構築時における質の担保、手間の省力化、手作業で発生しやすい設定ミスの回避、ランニングコストも削減できた。このことは e ポートフォリオ等の学修支援システムの開発・運用・構築共に大きな利点である。

This paper is a practical example of how to build a learning portfolio that can be operated simply on Google Drive using a script. We automated the creation of portfolio folders, shared settings between students and advisors, placement of Learning Goal Sheet, and the creation of advisory lists to be used for operations, which would take several days to several weeks to build by manual work. By creating original scripts within the organization and automating the work, the construction work, including testing, was completed in about one hour, ensuring quality during construction, saving labor, avoiding configuration errors that can easily occur with manual work, and reducing running costs. This is a major advantage for the development, operation, and construction of e-portfolios and other learning support systems.
