本論文では，丸井グループのサステナビリティ経営についての事例研究（谷口 2022a）をふまえ，創業家3代目 青井浩社長がサステナビリティ経営を実践するうえで，どのようなメンタル・モデルを抱いているのかについて，環境，会社，経営者，そしてサステナビリティといった4つの観点から浮き彫りにする。 Based on the case study of Marui Group (Taniguchi 2022), this paper attempts to analyze the mental model of Hiroshi Aoi, the third president of the founding family, in terms of how he understands environment, company, management, and sustainability when he engages in sustainability management.
