Abstract
The endogenous development approach was set up as an alternative development in 1970s under the effect of "structuralism" and "dependencytheory", when the capitalist world economy was dead-endsituation. The capitalist world economy had brought about "The development of underdevelopment" while incorporating non-capitalist society or keeping "primitive accumulation of capital". The endogenous development need to compete against "primitive accumulation of capital" through the "decommodification" and "reconstruction of commons". Furthermore, we have to share the anti-globalism movement or antisystemic movements, advance "the third system" and deconstruct the neo-liberalism oriented states system as aresult.
