Description
Bacterial communities on various parts of the human body are distinct. Recently, head are revealed that bacteria of human scalp hair (hair-bacteria) are tightly present on both shaft and roots, and that hair bacterial community structures would be distinct from those on scalp and female public hairs. A new approach, hair bacteria at crime scenes is expected could provide useful information for narrowing down a suspect.
