Abstract

There was a kingdom: Kingdom of Hawaii, in the center of the Pacific till 1893, which was abolished by Hawaiian Revolution （a kind of the coup ）.Japan had diplomatic and international law relations with her from 1860 to 1898. That had have very important significance to Japanese emigration policy and relationship with U.S.A.This paper trys to exam several issus concerning international legal affairs: e.g.Amity trety, Emigratin treaty and other matters between Japan and Hawaii.
