The book “Suanshu（ 算書）” Jiazhong（ 甲種） is one of the mathematical books of Qin bamboo slips donated to Peking University in 2009. The aim of our research is to provide a complete translation and annotation of it from the iewpoint of our previous work on ancient Chinese mathematics. 　This is the first article based on our research and results in which we studied the slips of Lu Jiuci toi shu（魯久次問数）
