カオス的量子ビリヤード系の有効場理論を等エネルギー面上の場の理論の観点から考察する。準位の離散性を量子異常の観点から解釈することにより、拡散・バリスティック領域の有効場理論としてKac-Moody代数を導出でき、それが量子カオス系のWigner-Dyson相関に相応していることを示す。
