抄録

犯罪学において従来から研究されてきた非行少年の多くは司法機関が取り扱ったケースであり、公式統計を分析する場合でも主として司法統計に基づいた少年非行の分析が行われてきた。一方、児童相談所における非行児童は福祉の対象であり、司法機関が扱う非行少年とは様々な点で異なるケースが多い。本研究では従来の知見に欠けていた福祉の対象としての非行児童に焦点を絞り、非行発生に関する社会学的変数を同定することを目的とする。方法的には、大阪府の児童相談所が受付した非行相談の発生件数を分析対象とした。各種の公式統計資料から抽出した125変数を統計学的な基準に照らして9変数に縮約し、非行件数と関連する社会学的な主成分を3つ得た。1996、2002、2008年度における時系列データをパス解析でモデル化し、村落傾向、教育規模、精神保健環境の3つの主成分と虞犯/触法件数との関連を検証した。……

Researches on juvenile delinquency have been studied using delinquency data in juvenile justice agencies. Child welfare agencies, particularly child guidance centers, have provided the service for delinquent children, however. The aim of this study was to examine the sociological factors regarding the occurrence of juvenile delinquency. Using official statistics, 125 variables were elicited and followed by the variable selection. Through the standardization, multiple regression, and principal component analyses, three components (Rural tendency, Educational size, and Mental Health Environment) consisted of nine variables were obtained finally. ......
