Abstract

[要旨]2013年に，自民党政権の安倍晋三首相がTPP交渉に参加することを表明したことによって日本の農業の在り方について激しい議論が行われた。そして現在では，米国を中心とした世界経済の不透明な中で，TPPが発効するか否かにかかわらず，日本は，TPPの中心議題となった農業の解放を検討せざるを得ない状況にある。そこで，本稿では，これからの日本の農業や経済を後押しできる農産品の輸出について検討する。検討対象としては，世界的にも人気がでてきており，輸出量が増加している日本酒の輸出をメインテーマとして，今後の加工食品を含む，農産品輸出を考える。そこで，酒造メーカーの大手である大関株式会社と白鶴酒造株式会社の2社と近年，日本酒の輸出において成功を収めている山口県にある旭酒造株式会社へのインタビューを実施し，そこから日本酒業界と酒造メーカーの現状と課題について考察する。 [Abstract]In 2013, Mr. Shinzo Abe expressed a stance to join the negotiation of Trans-Pacific Partnership. The stance of Japanese agriculture have been the subject of discussions from 2013. Now, whether the TPP will get into effect or not, Japan reach the situation to be forced to open the agriculture. Therefore, this study considers exports of agricultural products which make Japanese economy better and I decide on a main subject of this study as exports of Sake. And so I conducted interviews three Sake manufacturer, Ozeki, Asahi and Hakutsuru for examining current situations and problems of Sake manufacturer and business.
