[Abstract] When a Web learning system constructs, a level creation of each learning module and definitions of a connection between modules are needed in it. In this way, it estimates maximum likelihoods of a learning improvement point a with a variance to each level or class and a correlation of modules instead of that we do not set learning points of after learning a module by following teacher's law. From this results, it seems that a = 4 and a = 6-12 to learners of an advance class are adjusted at a strong correlation and at a week correlation of modules, respectively. To primary class, it is found that 6 <_ a <_ 12 is adjusted in the case of a small a independently to a module correlation.
