Description

This study developed the Self-Compassion Scale Short Form for Junior High School Students and tested its reliability and validity. Two factors were identified through exploratory factor analysis: selfcompassionate attitude for self and self-cold attitude for self. The total and subscale scores were found to have good reliability and validity. These results indicate that the scale is fairly accurate measure of selfcompassion in this population. 本研究は中学生版Self-Compassion Scale Short Form を作成することを目的とした。探索的因子分析の結果，「自己への思いやりの態度」「自己への冷やかな態度」の2 つの因子が抽出された。信頼性と妥当性は概ね良好であった。これらの結果から中学生版SCS-SF は中学生のセルフ・コンパッションを測定するものとして適切であることが示された。
