There are famous statues in Kyoto Rengeou・yin蓮華王院(Sanjusangendo三十三間堂) called Twenty-eight attendants二十八部衆.And there are Twenty-four devas　二十四諸天in many big Chinese Buddhist temples. This report compare these statues　and analyze the relationship between Twenty-four devas and Twenty-eight attendants.
