The number of foreign tourists in Japan is increasing up to 20 million in 2016. Kumamoto Earthquake concreted the inconvenience of communication foreign visitors encountered at the time of emergency like natural disaster. This paper treats some examples of efforts to supply precise information towards foreigners in case of emergency based on the secondary sources.
