This study presents a method of promotion to enhance contact with tourists outside of local regions, making sure information on local industry and regional products is not limited to the borders of any specific region. Also, we consider how to increase the utilization of video delivery and improve the quality of user experience based on the case of the website that the Kawagoe, Saitama Prefecture, and we have jointly established.
