In this study I hope to clarify, by analyzing Kyodoshi, the state of affairs of wemen's education, occupations and of the flow of culture into a secluded farm village in the mountains.Girls' education lagged behind that of boys', women didn't learn culture and skills, or about occupations. There were no a day nursery. We analyze Kyodoshi, where most girls in secluded farm villages in the mountains got their education in the last part of the Meiji period. There were industrial schools, Fujinkai(women's meetings), and children's libraries. Through these, women could learn and gain skills in Kitakata and Aizuwakamatu. Also, a day nursery was founded and this helped women enter and advance in the workforce. Women took part in events and Kannonkou, they were on close terms with people in the same community. They could learn necessary things for their lives in the village.
