When considering the rejuvenation of an organization, the corporate culture which accepts this is considered to affect it greatly. Therefore, this change is considered. In this case, the regular employee was an object of the argument. However, the state of employment has been changing in recent years. Therefore, the change of corporate culture needs to correspond to the state of employment. Moreover, a manager's(or leader's)existence generally affects the change of corporate culture greatly. Therefore, this role was also examined. The above points were discussed in this paper.
