To determine the hyperfine field distribution in a sample from measured overlapped Mossbauer spectra, Hesse and Rubartsch proposed a calculation scheme. This scheme is extended to determine a distribution of arbitrary two parameters and to be applicable to any other parameter distribution analysis in addition to the Mossbauer spectrum analysis. An example FORTRAN program is given for the Mossbauer spectrum analysis.
