This research has shown the structure of supporting the returnee students’maladaptation in the school. However there are many factors surround them but the research has focused on the relationship between teacher and returnee student. From the survey， 4 factors of returnee students’conscious on the maladaptation were found. Moreover， it suggested that the teachers are not aware of returnee students’problems occur in the school. As a result， we investigated that it is due to the lack of the teacher’s knowledge and experience of education to the returnee student. According to the structure， we concluded that it is necessary to enhance the teachers’knowledge on returnee students’problems to improve the quality of education toward them．
