Establishment of a new kind of education that ties profitably computers and science studies has attracted the attention. Internet astronomical observatory is especially noticed in such a situation. In this year, construction of the Internet astronomical observatory in Akita University was completed. The important point to note is that it was constructed without any special knowledge and a large amount of money. In this paper, we report in detail how these were achieved when we constructed the Akita University Internet astronomical observatory. In addition, educational use for the Internet astronomical observatory is considered.
