抄録

Recently several questions have been raised by some administrative advisory committees or some courts of law about whether or not the results of an achievement test ought to be disclosed. This short paper deals mainly with that problem of disclosure in the light of our acts or ordinances conceming the institution of freedom of infor­mation,and additionally with the problem of reasoned decision in rejecting the application to an administative agency.
