We evaluated the association between the assessment results of the attainment degree of the goals of clinical training, which is an element of educational interventions and an instruction system, and the degree of student's satisfaction with clinical training or satisfaction/dissatisfaction items. In addition, an assessment method that includes the degree of student's satisfaction and its contents was discussed and educational problems were discussed. There was no significant correlation between the degree of student's satisfaction with clinical training and assessment results. In nursing skills/nursing process among satisfaction/dissatisfaction items, the degree of satisfaction was consistent with assessment results. However, in students themselves, training instructions, and others, students' feelings were mainly described, and the degree of satisfaction was not always consistent with assessment results. The degree of satisfaction and the feelings of satisfaction/dissatisfaction are important elements to cultivate the nursing view. The feelings of satisfaction/dissatisfaction in many stressful situations in clinical training are important aspects of clinical training. These feelings can not be directly used as a parameter of assessment. However, the degree of student's satisfaction can be a parameter of assessment by both students and instructors after educational intervention to change this subjective attainment degree to an objective attainment degree of nursing.
