Abstract

In Central Asia, desert is one of main land cover where nomadic life is historically common especially in northern area and in mountainous region. However, due to climate change, temperature will rise in whole region. Since native plants are fully liable to climate variation, the impact has to be projected in advance. In this study, to consider expected impacts on these climatic variation, physiological parameters in land surface model was studied in spite of seasonal change and annual change. Seasonal NDVI and surface temperature and snow cover were compared with climatic data and model result was verified. As the result, seasonal change of stomata water stress was calculated, but it couldn't fully explain NDVI changes because there are many key components to decide native plants activity.
