The objective of this thesis is to reconsider the UNCT (Ube National College of Technology) program of Internship activities in Russia through the preceeding practices of other Kosens, and then construct a PDCA cycle program of Foreign Internship for other activities in Korea and China. After the summary of our college activities in Russia from 2007 to 2009 entitled “Fostering practical engineers through the mutual activities with the North-East Asia”, I took nation-wide activities of other Kosens into consideration, including ASET, Asian Symposium on Eco-technology. ASET, the core symposium of global environment issues, will surely give us an incessant PDCA cycle program of Foreign Internship.
