We reported that transparent ferromagnetic iron-oxide films which prepared by sol-gel sythesis and dried gels powder were examined magnetic properties and crystal structure. After heated in atmosphere, the films showed high transparency and week saturation magnetization 4πMs. We have been obtained large 4πMs films by reduction treatment in hydrogen atmosphere and continuously annealed. The powder samples were compared with maghemite powder which prepared by coprecipitation method. As a result of powder samples comparison, it was found that gels prepared by sol-gel synthesis were very reactive so maghemite was oxidized hematite at low heated temperature.
