説明

The issue of the correct method of holding classes in universities has been debated over and over again. Universities are now implementing Faculty Development (FD) in order to investigate optimal teaching methods and to discover exactly what sort of classes are most beneficial for students. Suzuka Junior College is no exception to this, and we are now coming up on the fifth year since we actively adopted and implemented FD. This report introduces the current situation of our FD program,and gives mention to the way we would like FD to evolve in the future.
